We're committed to keeping CampusXchange safe, honest, and student-friendly.

Only Real Students

  • You must sign up with your college email — no exceptions.
  • Each college has its own invite list, so outsiders simply can't join.
  • Your profile shows your verified college name so others know you're legit.
  • Suspicious accounts are reviewed and removed within 24 hours.

Safe Buying & Selling

  • All chats are private — only you and the other person can read them.
  • Always meet on campus in busy areas (library, canteen, hostel gate).
  • Never share your UPI PIN, bank OTP, or passwords with anyone.
  • Pay only after you've inspected and are happy with the item.

What's Not Allowed

  • Zero tolerance for scams, fake listings, or misleading photos.
  • You cannot sell weapons, drugs, alcohol, or adult content — ever.
  • Charging way above market rate or selling fake goods is a ban-worthy offence.
  • Repeat rule-breakers are permanently removed from the platform.

How to Report Someone

  • Tap the "Report" button on any listing that feels off.
  • You can also block or report any user from their profile page.
  • For urgent safety concerns, email us directly at trust@campusxchange.in.
  • We aim to respond to all safety reports within 24 hours.
